Q - What is your return policy?

A - E.V.E: The Earring Shop strives to have happy/satisfied customers. At the
      moment, all sales are Final.
       If however,  we have made a mistake on your
      order, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation as
      soon as possible. In this case, all returns/exchanges must be made within
      14 business days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are
      non-refundable. Items must also be in new, unworn condition and in it's          
      original package.
